A New York style is a large hand-tossed thin crust pizza, often sold in slices to go. I keep toppings simple. Slices are large and wide and often eaten while folded in half along the crust both for convenience, allowing the slice to be eaten one-handed and to control the flow of any oil running off the slice in both directions.
